Position Summary:
Clark Bros., Inc. is seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support our office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently.
The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will handle front desk responsibilities while providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, personable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Know, understand, and actively support the company’s mission, values, and commitment to safety.
Serve as the primary receptionist, greeting visitors and ensuring a positive, professional first impression.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain front office organization, including lobby, conference rooms, and shared spaces.
Provide general administrative support to project teams, management, and office staff.
Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Support special projects and other administrative duties as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or business coursework is a plus.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Experience in construction or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
Pay Range:
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
